Description: CHEF/CO-OWNER BRIAN PEKARCIK of Spoon is one of the “six featured
chefs who have created restaurants based on their own unique
philosophies. One restaurant each
month, as noted on our calendar, will hold a special 5 course dinner (with
wine/and or spirits) at their restaurant.
We will meet at the restaurant.
The chef will talk about the food presented as well as the wine or
spirits that accompany the dish. Our featured dinner
(always the 3rd Tuesday of the month) this month is at Spoon. BRIAN describes his
restaurant as “My philosophy is simple...refined
comfort food, approachable and recognizable done in fun and contemporary
ways.” A portion will be donated to the Pittsburgh
Food Bank |
